The used vehicle Pre-Delivery Service Fee of $1,189 represents cost and profit to the dealer for items such as cleaning, inspecting, adjusting new and used vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale or lease of used. The electronic filing fee of $110 represents a fee paid to a private tag agency for the preparation of title work and includes a profit to the dealer related to the sale or lease of the vehicle.
